The industry standard for static and flat ice operations. Occupational workers, Resource Management and Emergency Responders that are required to work or respond to frozen lakes and ponds will learn all about personal rescue and companions rescue in this Level 2 – Operations course.
This course is designed to give the student the practical knowledge and skills to operate safely in a low risk and static ice based environment. Basic safety and self rescue, entrapments, and simple systems are all performed in this course.
All Rescue Canada courses and programs meet and often exceed all applicable industry standards including: IRIA – NFPA – WORKSAFE – TRANSPORT CANADA
Rescue Canada operates under the 3rd party Certification of the International Rescue Instructors Alliance standards.
Certification for Technician Level courses is valid for a 3-year term with options to re-certify, upgrade, audit and gain logged practice hours.

When registering for the online course only, a $100 payment in full is made at the time of registration. When registering for a course, a $100 deposit is taken at the time of registration and applied towards the online portion.
