Courses We Offer

Lifting, moving, and transporting patients is a major source of injury for emergency medical responders. Pre-hospital environments are rarely designed for safe patient movement. Tight spaces, stairs, bathtubs, narrow doorways, and confined hallways all add complexity. These challenges increase as patients become heavier, taller, and wider. Bariatric patients also present unique medical needs and higher‑risk complications, increasing the likelihood of requiring emergency care.
