Train the Trainer
What the Program Is Built For
Some agencies need more than a course. They need the ability to train their own people, on their schedule, without starting from scratch every time.
That's what this program is built for.
Rescue Canada's Train the Trainer program certifies your personnel as licensed Rescue Canada instructors. They come out qualified to train your members directly, using the same curriculum that's trusted by agencies across Canada and internationally.
You get the efficiency of in-house training without giving up the credibility that comes with Rescue Canada's name.
How It Works:
- Your instructors are vetted and certified by our subject matter experts. They go through Rescue Canada's instructor program. They earn it.
- Training stays consistent, current and compliant with established rescue standards. Your team trains right, every time.
- You reduce the cost of repeated external courses. Once your instructors are certified, qualified training happens internally, on your timeline.
- Rescue Canada stays involved. Your instructors aren't cut loose. We remain involved to support, update, and guide as needed.
- The program adapts to your operational context. Your environment, your hazards, your mission, built into the delivery without compromising standardization.
