This course covers the basic understanding of boat operations, starting from basic boat rigging and equipment, mechanical walk-through and safety orientation, basic maneuvering, operational hazards, power options and agency mandate specific issues. This course is designed for operating in a low risk lake and/or slow moving water environment. This is a one-day practical course.
