Erin McLagan

Logie and Erin McLagan are the proud owners of Rescue Canada Resource Group, continuing a legacy of professional rescue training and water safety education across Canada. In May 2025, the couple purchased the company with a shared vision of expanding high-quality rescue training while preserving the strong reputation the organization has built within the emergency services community.

Erin McLagan brings leadership, organization, and operational expertise to the company. A Canadian Armed Forces veteran, Erin previously worked alongside Logie as the office manager for Hyak River Rafting and later transitioned with him to Rescue Canada. Today, she manages the operational and administrative side of the business, overseeing logistics, program coordination, and client relations while Logie leads the training programs in the field.

When they are not working, Erin can often be found alongside Logie—either out on the water in their boat or riding motorcycles together. Their shared passion for adventure, safety, and the outdoors drives the culture behind Rescue Canada.

Together, they are raising their son Callum McLagan, who they hope will one day grow up surrounded by the same love for the water, rescue training, and the family business that has become such an important part of their lives.
