Ralf Landsberger is an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with more than 20 years of leadership in business development, operations, and strategic market growth. Currently working in the field of rescue gear and equipment, he brings a rare combination of commercial expertise and real-world emergency response experience.

Before moving into senior sales leadership, Ralf served for over a decade as a paramedic and search and rescue technician, responding to medical emergencies, disasters, and large public events. He also trained responders, supported emergency planning, and worked alongside organizations such as the German Red Cross and other major European aid agencies at a Provincial level.

This unique background allows Ralf to deeply understand the practical needs of first responders, enabling him to build strong client relationships, provide solution-focused guidance, and connect customers with equipment that truly performs in critical situations. Known for his integrity, leadership, and relationship-driven approach, he is passionate about supporting those who serve on the front lines.
